Benefits of Healthy Eating Course introduces you to all the amazing benefits of eating well. We will look at the importance of healthy eating on your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. How what you eat can have a direct effect on strengthening the immune system.
BENEFITS OF THIS COURSE
The course will educate on the importance of eating your macronutrients. What are the essential components of a nutritious diet and how you can achieve one? How to plan, purchase, & prepare your meals. The mindful eating factor. How food is linked to your mood. Weekly recipes will be provided high in nutrients. From sugar detox to reading food labels will be covered. In addition to monitoring key habits which are influenced by trigger foods and danger zones.
COURSE DETAILS
The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
Each employee will be provided with a selfcare toolkit, and a certificate of completion will be provided after each module.
