Mental wellbeing influenced by a range of factors, including our work and home life. Looking after your mental wellbeing is paramount to your health. The purpose of this mental wellness six module course is to inspire, educate and empower employees on how to manage and support their mental well-being. While mental health is not as easily measured as blood pressure or cholesterol, it deserves equal attention especially when considering the costs associated with poor mental health in the workplace.
BENEFITS OF THIS COURSE
Over the six modules of this Mental Wellness Course, we will focus on how to manage mental well-being through active and passive techniques. The importance of having boundaries in place for work/life balance. The benefits to be gained from looking after your mental wellbeing. From improved concentration, mental alertness, good memory to building resilience and the ability to cope with changes in relationships with colleagues.
COURSE DETAILS
The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
Each employee will be provided with a selfcare toolkit, and a certificate of completion will be provided after each module.
