Stress is a significant contributing factor to poor mental and physical health. Stress can leave employees feeling overwhelmed and demotivated. We cannot always avoid stress, but we can build resilience. The purpose of this six-module course shows employees the three key components to stress to minimise impact. Understanding what perceived stress versus the real stress is. Adapting and identifying coping strategies. The importance of diet, lifestyle, sleep, and your environment for building resilience.
BENEFITS OF THIS COURSE
This course will help you learn how to analyses your stress, where it comes from, what it does, and how you can manage it effectively. Learning how to deal with stress is vital to long-term health. While stress alone does not cause disease, it triggers molecular changes throughout the body that make people more susceptible to many illnesses. In this course, employee will gain an understanding of the importance of how to deal with both positive and negative stress in their lives.
COURSE DETAILS
The course can be utilised over a twelve-month period or run concurrently for six weeks.
Each employee will be provided with a selfcare toolkit, and a certificate of completion will be provided after each module.
