Herophilus a Greek physician once said, “When health is absent, wealth becomes useless”. In my twenties, I wanted to be rich, in my thirties I wanted to be successful, now in my forties, I want to be healthy and happy as a priority.

Going for regular health checks should be as routine as brushing our teeth daily. Getting what I call the MOT to ensure the engine is working accordingly may just save your life. In addition to listening to what advice is given during these sessions and practicing what needs to be done is as important.

The good news is you can have it all, health, and income work very well together. If I am healthy then I can work and make money to enjoy hobbies, dreams, and goals. A survey carried out with millennials described their thoughts on “healthy” it’s not just about not being sick but daily habits to eating healthy and exercising. Well done millennials. Most importantly, listen to your body daily, if something doesn’t feel right, get checked. If you were to invest in your future self, where would you put your time and money?
