What are you doing today, to look after you? Health and wellbeing are pertinent at all stages of your life. We have 7 -8 hours sleep, 8 – 9 hours of work, 3.5 hours of survival activities, leaving you with 4-5 hours downtime. Which probably is made up of a to-do list. These 4 hours of downtime for a week is 28 hours. What can you be doing at this time which benefits you, It may be outdoor activities, or listening to a podcast. Don’t let the to-do list take over all of your precious personal time (easier said than done). This is your most precious time daily, to invest in yourself.
